Book your table at the Lloyd’s List Global Awards 2018

The Lloyd’s List Global Awards 2018 will take place on Tuesday 11 December at 6:00pm at the London Hilton on Park Lane.


This glamorous evening includes a networking drinks reception, the awards presentation ceremony and a delightful gala dinner.

Tables at the Awards will host a maximum of 10 guests and provide a great opportunity to celebrate the successes of the industry with your team, clients and colleagues. Dress code is black tie.


Entrants will receive a 20% discount off a table, if booked by 15th October.

Premium table(s) at GBP £4,625 + VAT per table
Premium tables of 10 seats include priority positioning in the room, table branding and two bottles of champagne on top of the standard package

Standard table(s) at GBP £4,115 + VAT per table
Standard tables of 10 seats include entry to the drinks reception, a three-course dinner, five
bottles of wine and entertainment, including the Awards.

Booking Term and Conditions

Acceptance
Bookings may only be made by completing a booking form in full and are not accepted until confirmation has been sent by Informa UK Ltd (“the organiser”).
Cancellations
Please note cancellations need to be made in writing and addressed to Jo Kirkpatrick. Cancellations made by 31 August 2018 will receive a full refund less a 10% administration charge. After this date no refunds will be made. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser to alter the content and timings, or location of the event.
Abandonment or relocation
In the event that the dinner is abandoned for whatever reason the organiser shall refund any bookings it has received from applicants for places, who shall have no other claim whatsoever against the organiser.
